Troubleshooting Steps
The following steps can help to resolve any related issues:
Check for Updates

1. Navigate to the Profile tab.2. Tap quickly & repeatedly 10-15 times on your initials in the circle3. Select "Check for Updates”

Reboot the machine, waiting for the JRNY logo screen to appear.
Tap quickly & repeatedly on “Launcher Version” in the top right corner of the screen.
From the “Select Action” menu, choose “Check for Updates”.

Power cycle your machine:
Unplug the power cord from your machine
Wait 30 seconds (this allows the machine to completely power down)
Plug the power cord back into your machine
Watch your console to ensure it progresses past the "Powered by Android" screen
If the issue persists, power cycle your machine again using the steps above, leaving it powered down for up to 15 minutes.

Try standard network troubleshooting:
Power cycle the router.
Forget & reconnect to the network:
Tap the Bluetooth icon in the upper right.
Select Manage Wi-Fi.
Tap on the network then tap on Forget.
Select the network from the list.
Enter in the password then tap Connect.
Tap Exit to return to JRNY.
Switch the network router to the 2.4GHz band.
After router changes are made, power cycle your machine.
NOTE: Do not do a “Reset” or install the “Golden Image” as doing so could put your machine in an unrecoverable state. It will also void any applicable warranty.

The following steps can help to resolve any related issues:
Check for Updates

Navigate to your devices App Store and check that any available updates are downloaded.

- Per your devices User Manual, Clear the cache for the JRNY App. Then attempt to use the app again.
Reinstall JRNY

- Swipe to close or Force Quit the JRNY app.
- Tap and hold JRNY icon.
- On iOS select Remove App and confirm when prompted.
- On Android select App info, choose Uninstall and confirm when prompted.
- Reinstall JRNY from App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) on the device.
