⚠️Please note, for JRNY Built-In Touchscreen products:


The JRNY app cannot be used to select or complete cardio workouts on your JRNY Built-In equipment - use the touchscreen on your machine to browse, select, and complete workouts.


The JRNY app can be used to view your Journal remotely and select Whole Body workouts, or workouts using JRNY-Compatible cardio or strength equipment.


The following steps can help to resolve any related issues:

    1. Power cycle your machine:

      1. Unplug the power cord from your machine

      2. Wait 30 seconds (this allows the machine to completely power down)

      3. Plug the power cord back into your machine

    2. Once your machine has rebooted, attempt to start the workout again and check if the issue continues.

    2. Wait 30 seconds (this allows the router to power down completely)

    3. Plug the power cord back into the router

    4. It may take approximately 10 minutes before the internet connection is fully re-established.

    1. Power cycle your machine:

      1. Unplug the power cord from your machine

      2. Wait 30 seconds (this allows the machine to completely power down)

      3. Plug the power cord back into your machine

    2. Turn your device off, then back on

    3. Reinstall JRNY from the App Store/Google Play Store

      3. Plug the power cord back into your machine

      4. Do not touch any buttons on the console while it is starting up.

    5. Test if the issue persists.
